Sorry I have not written in a while. Jason and I both have been under the weather! Just when I think we are getting better it comes back. Jasons tummy is not good and mine is mostly a head cold. With that being said...we have spent a lot of time together, here on the Square. I did get to go with Jason in the truck yesterday, and well if you know me at all, you know that is one of my most favorite things to get to do. As we are driving back home from a haul to Dalheart we saw the most amazing sunsets I have ever seen in my almost 41 years of life. To get to share that with the man I love, well makes it that much better! God is so awesome and sometimes just stops by to say,"I love you and I am here!"
We also had a scare this week.......
When I hear my Daddies ring tone after dark, it throws me into "what is wrong mod"!!!!!! I answer the phone and the first th thing Daddy says is, "have you seen or talked to your Mama?". I tell him I have not, not sence seeing them on Friday. He begins to tell me that she is not home and he doesn't know where she is. I tell him I will make some phone calls and see if I can find her. At the same time my heart is breaking, just hearing the worry in his voice. Well...if you know my Mom, Jason said call Walmart and have her paged! I laughed out loud, but knew he had a point, but she usually is not there at 8pm. I rack my brain trying to think of who to call. We decide I
should start with a call to the VFW, she has been working on Lady Axiliary stuff, so maybe someone has seen her. Sure enough...there she was at her monthy meeting. I call Daddy and put his mind to ease and tell him I love him.
The next morning Mama calls me and goes on to saiy how mad she is at MY DADDY! I try to explan to her that he was just worried! She says he is being bossy! So.... I let her ramble on...then I say I love you, but from now on leave a note.
