The Headaches!!

I have been fighting horrible headaches for almost a year now, without knowing why. I have had ever test ran and still no answers. So, my wonderful boss told me to take everything out of my diet and start adding stuff back a little at a time. I ate only the basics for about 3 months. (I did lose 25 lbs also BONUS). I drank a Diet Dr Pepper, which I have lived on my whole life...got a headache. So, we are ok, is the caffeine or artificial sweeteners. So, I drank a cup of coffe...got a headache. So, ok no more caffeine. Drank water with the flavored stuff in it...got a headache. So, no artificial sweeteners. Had a couple pieces of chocolate...got a headacke. So, no chocolate. Was under a lot of stress for about a month...got a headache. So, have to keep stress level down. hahahahahah If that is even possible in any life. Went headache free for almost 4 months, then one day, headache!! That lasted for 2 weeks!!! Had not changed anything... I noticed cigarette smoke was really starting to stink to me!! (I have been a smoker since I was 13 years old!! Never bothered me before) So, Jason offered to start smoking outside and I scrubbed our house to get the smoke smell out! I have been headache free ever since! yay!!! My Mom is soo happy about this one! lol!!

OK, lets sum this up. Everything I have ever loved in life... Diet Dr Pepper, Coffee, chocolate, smoking (from time to time)and I could always do without the stress, but who goes thru life without stress??? But I am good with living without these things to not have to deal with the horrible pain of those headaches!! Worse pain in my life ever!!!!
Jason has been amazing thru all of this. From rubbing my forehead to try to sooth me to making sure I had my pill, to just letting me crawl in his lap and cry!! I could not have a more caring and loving husband!!
Doc, my boss, has also been very caring and understanding thru all of this. From letting me off when I could not stand to even get out of bed to trying to help me figure out what is causing all of this misery!!
I am a blessed woman to have two wonderful men in my life on a daily basis!!
As of now, 3 days without a headache!!! Please keep praying that they stay away!!!

The Weight fights cont.

First of all I want to say how proud I am of Jason. He set two goals and has already hit them! Me on the other hand...grrrrr! I have gained back what I lost. I am not even sure how it has happened, because I am still doing the samethings I was doing when I was losing! I have about decided that God wants me to stay this size for the rest of my life! I am not happy about it, but if it is His will, then what am I to do!
It is Christmas time again. It is the 9th of December. I have Christmas cards made out and addressed, but not mailed yet. Have not put up a tree or even decorated. One gift has been bought, but the others sit on my list of TO DO's. So, again I am waiting until the last minute to get stuff done. But it will be done just in time!
